Fred is back from Europe and in clinic on Tuesdays from 5th December. I have opened up additional appointment times on all other days, including Saturdays, until 22nd December. No need for FOMA here!

20 years ago I was on a group coaching call with Total Balance ‘s Kate James. I was really unsatisfied in my work life and and with a few questions she changed my perspective, gave me the courage to talk to my (incredible) HR manager who supported me to enrol in a Bachelor of Health Science a week later.

Due the COVID-19 outbreak in our local area and in line with Qld Health recommendations our clinic will be closed Monday 2nd August and Tuesday 3rd August.
