Time really does fly. Same girls, same goals.

We loved the same simple things. Eachother. . Our first born baby. Our family. Activewear. Fashion. Good food. Selfies. Matching Outfits. Colour coordinated everything. Lifting heavy weights. Getting ourselves and our babes strong.

We still love all the same things. Now we have two more beautiful babies to love, a new husband for one of us, and a few extra businesses to keep us busy. It’s been a great decade ❤️

We want to give a little re-introduction to the guy you see pop up on our page regularly. If you didn’t already know, this is and he is Felicia’s husband and Diana’s brother in law. He calls his sis, which really confuses people, but we are all family.

Sebastian, or Bas as we call him, came into our life 23 years ago when we first started dating when I was finishing my final year of high school at the age of 17. He was 20 years old and Dinny (my little sister) was 16. This was when the story of this trio started, when our training journey started and soon after our business journey started.

We all began training together in the gym and have done so ever since. Bas has taught us almost everything we know about health and fitness and has and always will be our mentor in this industry, as well as our business partner, coach and bestie.
