Except the studio now caters to large training groups & we get to play with the biggest range of functional training gear - no insects, no wind, no itchy grass 😂😂
We train indoors, as well as outdoors when we choose at the Studio.

Our Hiit Strength Class is a full body strength sesh over 40 minutes, working in intervals, to complete a weights session leaving every muscle group fatigued, or if you choose lighter weights & more reps, a cardio based weights sesh. It’s so popular I now run it 3 days a week and it caters to everyone & their individual abilities 💪🏼

I should be enjoying a day off … however I am down a room at the studio due to rain damage again 2 weeks ago (wet light fittings & mould) so I’m back to shuffling the studio around to fulfil my business commitments across the week.
So you may as well come use the facilities while I’m in, my inconvenience can be your win.
I don’t normally comment publicly like this, but I’m seriously over the bs Property Management impacting my business as a well paying loyal tenant in our town. I spend thousands a month on commercial property costs, before any other costs, to be treated like s**t. SNS.
