It’s a wet crappy day - great day to utilise all of tfsk’s indoor facilities - open till after 8pm tonight. Group classes, gym, hyrox or conditioning sessions.
The best training option in town for wet days, hot days, windy days, freezing cold days, avoiding the sun wind & bugs’ days with indoor training sessions across 4 big studios of equipment 💪🏼

Alright Kerang - a big topic of conversation lately has been the decline of early birds exercising in Kerang in general since Covid/floods etc. I have some availability open up for early morning barbell classes, boxing or bootcamp etc running at 6.15am’s or 6.30ams. Let me know what you want 💪🏼

We are trying to get a Pilates Shapes for Men only class up & running from next mon night. Feel free to share the post, poster or tag away to let more fellas know this is a option open to those that would prefer a men only variation of a class in Kerang. All my group classes are $10 casual at TFSK.

Happy Monday; I added 3 new classes to the timetable today however with 1 day’s notice I expect the uptake to be next week. I will be about this morning if anyone would like to come in and train. If we have any men ready to start the requested Pilates Shapes for Men class tonight let me know. It’s a trial class & trial time slot to see if it suits most blokes from teens to footballer’s, tradies to retirees. There’ll be movement medicine for aches, pains & restricted mobility.

Neil’s Yoga Crew should have received sms’ re the final 2025 yin yoga block at tfsk.
The final block restarts this Tuesday 21.10 with 6 sessions before Xmas. $15 or $75 up front for the block & direct to Neil. Newbies always welcome. Any queries give him a call or text.

This time next week!
9.30am Saturday’s x 8 weeks.
TFSK will host Ange Roney’s foundation yoga for all. Beginners and experienced participants are welcome to join in the Satyananada yoga tradition, aligned with indian teachings.
There will be movement-asana,
Breath- pranyama,
Relaxation or sleeping yoga- Yoga Nidra,
and
Meditation will be introduced and progressed.
Comfortable clothing should be worn allowing movement.
Layers for warmth in breath work, relaxation and the meditation.
BYO pillow and blanket. Mats supplied.
Best practised before or 2 hours after food .
Price per session $15 or up front $100.( save $20) direct to Ange.
