🌿 A meaningful morning in Kerang

Our Social Support Group met yesterday morning with NDCH counsellor Marilynn Burns joining the group to share insights around mental health and wellbeing.

It was an informative session, but what truly stood out was the conversation that followed.

Those in the room spoke with genuine care and honesty about the challenges facing our community. There was a real sense of compassion—and a shared feeling of wanting to help, even when it’s not always clear how.

Moments like this remind us just how much people care about one another. 💚

Thank you to Marilynn and everyone who attended for contributing to such an open and thoughtful discussion.
