Nicole McAuliffe is a leading executive coach, facilitator and speaker specializing in corporate wellbeing, leadership and career resilience. Nicole has a Bachelor or Education in Environmental Science, a Masters in Business Administration and a Diploma in Life Coaching. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine and Dietetics. Nicole combines this knowledge with over 20 years in professional practice in her approach when coaching and facilitating her clients throughout Australia, Asia, UK and USA. When addressing any area of wellbeing, Nicole’s approach looks at both the mind and body to assist her clients in discovering the reasons behind what drives them to think, feel or behave in a certain way. Throwback Thursday - some of the recommendations I have for keeping the year 12 students focused, calm and ready for exams. Omega 3 for brain health, mood, L-theanine for focus and calm, multi b for energy and nervous system support and a herbal mix for cognition. Of course nothing beats a diet high in all of these nutrients. So far so good!

Nutrition Tip Tuesday - Vitamin K1 is found in plants and K2 synthesised by bacteria found in cheese and yoghurt, Vitamin K3 is man made. Controls blood clotting, involved in bone formation, decreases prostrate cancer risk. Deficiency rare but may occur with long term antibiotics, diarrhoea, coeliac, chrones, alcohol.
