Nicole McAuliffe is a leading executive coach, facilitator and speaker specializing in corporate wellbeing, leadership and career resilience. Nicole has a Bachelor or Education in Environmental Science, a Masters in Business Administration and a Diploma in Life Coaching. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine and Dietetics. Nutrition Tip Tuesday - getting your RDI for calcium each week is a significant and important task. This lot gives you 1000mg (as does 4x170g of Greek Chobhani), but not all of us eat dairy and women over 50 and men over 70 years need 1300mg, the same as you need during pregnancy. Getting support from a clinical nutritionist to ensure your diet is adequate is a great way to ensure your body and bones stay healthy over the lifespan.

Throwback Thursday - some of the recommendations I have for keeping the year 12 students focused, calm and ready for exams. Omega 3 for brain health, mood, L-theanine for focus and calm, multi b for energy and nervous system support and a herbal mix for cognition. Of course nothing beats a diet high in all of these nutrients. So far so good!
