Even short walks or stretches between celebrations help your muscles stay loose 🚶‍♀️🧘‍♂️
2️⃣ Mind Your Posture
Whether you’re sitting at the table or carrying gifts, stay aware of your posture 🪑💪
3️⃣ Lift Smart
Heavy shopping bags or decorations? Bend your knees, keep your back straight, and hold items close to your body 🎁
4️⃣ Sleep Well
A supportive pillow and mattress make a big difference for neck and back comfort 🛌
5️⃣ Hydrate & Rest
It’s easy to forget water during busy days — staying hydrated helps muscles function better 💧

Spending hours hunched over a desk can put extra strain on your mid-back (thoracic spine).

Common culprits include:
Rounded shoulders & slouching
Weak upper back muscles
Long periods without movement
Poor workstation setup

Tips to help:
Take micro-breaks every 30–60 mins to stand, stretch, or walk
Strengthen upper back & core muscles
Adjust your chair, screen height, and posture
Use a supportive lumbar cushion if needed

If your mid-back pain persists, a thorough assessment can help pinpoint the cause and get you back to feeling your best.
