𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸: 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵

One of the first charities we supported was Shoes for Planet Earth - an initiative that collects pre-loved shoes and gives them to people in need instead of letting them end up in landfill.
Antonella would sit at the front desk answering calls while also collecting bags of old shoes people dropped off. The response was incredible... maybe too incredible!
Eventually we ran out of room to store them all and had to stop the collection. A victim of our own success!

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀

Yeah, we know. Just reading "Covid years" probably gave you flashbacks!

But here's the thing - while those times were absolutely chaotic, TFC didn't just survive, we actually came out stronger. And Antonella was right in the thick of it.

Rules changed constantly. What we could do one day was different the next. Antonella became our communication lifeline, making sure every client knew what was happening, what they could expect, and that we were still here for them.

Instead of just getting through it, we used that time to level up our systems and processes. The result? We were named 2021 Small Business of the Year in the City of Greater Dandenong!

Not bad for a pandemic, right? And none of it would've happened without Antonella keeping everything together when it felt like the world was falling apart.

Once we realised we actually needed to show up online so people could find us, Antonella didn't hesitate to jump in front of the camera.

Her thinking? When the business does well, we all do well. She's never treated this as "just a job" - she genuinely cares where TFC is headed and what we're building together.

That's the kind of person Antonella is. She doesn't just show up, she shows up invested. And that's made all the difference over these 20 years.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟲: 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆!

So our very first work Christmas party was held in the clinic carpark. Classy stuff! 😄

And somehow Antonella managed to avoid being in ANY of the photos... but her husband Panch and 3 yo son Harry made the cut! Still not sure how that happened. Sorry Antonella!

She was working with her friend Jodie back then (who's actually the one who got her the job!). The clinic looked pretty different too - we weren't just podiatry, we had Naturopaths and Osteopaths sharing the space with us.

Oh, and see that cute 1-year-old in the photo? That's Kim-mai! She now works our Saturday desk shifts. How's that for a full circle moment?

Twenty years of memories, growth, and somehow still no solo shot of Antonella at that first party. We'll make up for it at the retirement celebration! 📸❤️
