Weekend Update ✨

We’re excited to share that our Tai Chi & Sound Bath Meditation class are fully booked for this weekend.

I'm looking forward to collaborating with the Australian Tai Chi & Shellharbour Tai Chi Qi Gong and community enjoying a beautiful blend of mindful movement and healing sound frequencies to set the perfect Sunday vibe.

A Beautiful Day: Harmony in Sound & Scent

Thank you to everyone who attended our recent workshop. It was a pleasure to share a calming and restorative experience designed to support the nervous system and promote a sense of inner balance.

Participants engaged in grounding drumming, experienced deep relaxation through a sound bath, and gained gentle mental clarity with guided meditation.

The session was complemented by aromatherapy with Karissa and lemon verbena tea, both selected to enhance relaxation and overall well-being.

We appreciate your presence and look forward to welcoming you again at future events.
