Hello community, just a friendly reminder that we are back this Saturday at emergence yoga Kiama for our Reiki, sound and breath meditation session at 8.30am… only a few spots available so reach out if you would like to join us. Bookings are essential, Cost is $25 and the meditation session is for 1 hour using 3 modalities of reiki, sound and breath … followed by some light refreshments afterwards.
