To honour the sacrifice of our servicemen and women, we are shifting our regular Saturday morning Reiki | Sound & Breath Meditation session this Anzac Day to a special time on Sunday 26th at 7pm. We encourage everyone to attend your local dawn service or march in honouring this special day.

Hello Community and Friends🤗, we are back at emergence yoga Kiama for our regular Reiki, sound and breath meditation session this Saturday the 11th of April at 8.30am. We welcome you all to join us as we wind down from the week and gently take you through a 1 hour of meditation through Reiki, sounds and breath with some light refreshments afterwards for reflections. Bookings are essential, nothing to bring except your beautiful energy.
