It’s not just kids whose feet change size! For example, our arches can flatten as we get older causing our feet to longer and wider. It is recommended that you get your feet measured when buying new shoes to ensure a good comfortable fit! Don’t forget about the width of your feet, and always pay attention to the depth of the shoe as well: make sure you give those toes the room they deserve!
