We’re proud to share a real, anonymised case that shows how coordinated care speeds recovery. A Kiama resident came to us after a shoulder injury with 45° active abduction and difficulty dressing. Our team—physiotherapy, exercise physiology and dietetics—worked together on pain control, progressive loading and nutrition to support healing.
