•Morning energising Asana and Pranayama and Evening slow flow Asana.
•Base yourself in an oasis of serenity and peacefulness in a traditional Riad in a Berber village with views of the Attlas mountains.
•Tigmi the venue hosts are 30 minutes away from the of the hustle of the Medina with 2 free shuttles into the centre.
•Two Shalas; One with 360degree rooftop views and one underground.
•We have a private hammam on site for bodywork treatments if desired.
•Three Meals a day, buffet breakfast buffet lunch and traditional Moroccan three course meals every night with tea or coffee with meals.
•Free filtered water throughout the day

I look forward to sharing this experience with you in Marrakech, I have travelled to this city 5 times as I have fallen for the beauty of the historical buildings, food, people and shopping and culture.
It is a safe and progressive city. By joining us you will have a base camp to explore what Marrakech has to offer. I can also share tips on booking day trip tours if interested.
I have studied at the Yoga Institute Cammeray and Yoga Synergy in Goa India and has studied Ayurvedic Medicine at Nature Care College. I have been sharing the gift of Yoga and Ayurveda for over 10 years in Wollongong Shellharbour & Kiama area.
