I am on a mission to empower women to deeply trust themselves and redefine their role so they don't feel the need to sell their souls to get ahead in life, relationships and business. I'm a qualified life coach, nutritionist and yoga teacher who believes passionately about the healing power of energy and that your mindset is your greatest strength. I originally studied Exercise Science, then post graduate nutritional medicine and more recently Life Coaching - with over 20 years’ experience in the Health and Wellness industry. I've worked with individuals from the novice to the elite – including work with Australian professional cyclists for the Tour de France, featuring on 2UE radio as nutrition expert and writing articles for Ride Media and Cyclist Magazine. I offer private coaching, group coaching, and transformational retreats - empowering women to break free from repeated patterns and limiting beliefs - so you too can turn obstacles into opportunities and have the ability to cultivate unconditional love, wisdom and power in your life. I have qualifications in Exercise Science, Yoga, Nutrition, Coaching, and Clinical Hypnotherapy, which gives me the tools to help my clients thrive in all areas of life. My unique skill set allows me to weave the scientific with the spiritual to help you make changes and MAKE THEM STICK. I survived a colossal cycling accident, lost both my parents, gave birth to 2 beautiful children and separated from my partner … All within a short period of time. Stress → food → guilt → self-judgment.

Not because food is the problem.
And not because you lack willpower.

It’s what happens when the nervous system is overwhelmed and reaches for relief — and then turns on itself afterward.

I’m opening a small number of private 90-minute sessions to work with this gently and compassionately at the nervous-system level.

This is not food control, dieting, or habit-fixing.
