Inspired to podcast, as last week I was told by a client that I don't know how the nervous system works.

Yet, with my knowing, I have transformed myself from malfunctioning organs, pain and exhaustion; to be:
😴comfortable, sleeping or resting well
⚡balanced energy
💪🏼effortless strength
🌲able to work hard in my yard all day without being destroyed, or needing recovery
🧞perfect breath every moment
🌟able to see the universe and all it's intricate glories within me, without the need of stimulants
🧐able to live in this world with ease, without the need of gadgets and special technology

They stood in front of me, in pain, not coping, dependent on EMF neutralising gadgets, diets, exercises, microdosing, psychedelics, wearing jandals/thongs, spending time in work boots & trainers and they told me I don't know how our systems and aspects integrate.

I was a little confused, they had just paid me for my services which are all about the nervous system and the breath.

I do not manage disease, I no longer have the issues, nor do I age with the hereditary problems I did have.

I live life on my own, not by choice and I don't think it is healthy, and the last 3 years have quite possibly been the most stressful and exhausting as I have dragged my way back from nothing financially, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

I heal in motion if I injure myself, like after I had to (I did not choose to) fight the 90kg pig.

Being autonomously healthy is not needing anything to be a certain way for you to be well, happy, balanced, aligned and comfortable.

Range of Motion (one of the pillars) is how far a joint can move through its range BEFORE it pulls on another area of your body, or your lock down another area of your body to push through. Ignoring our physical boundaries might give us the high of stretching and doing something good, but they simply drain us of energy and unground us.

When I first started exploring this, I could not feel my body, let alone track the compensating or locking down that went along with my movements, which is why starting with REST is so helpful.

I was exhausted and sick.

I know I couldn't think straight when I wasn't well rested, and this added stress spirals us deeper into a place where we cannot rest well, a vicious cycle.

The Guided Rest Library will give you tips and tricks to make sleeping a deeply refreshing time, whilst releasing tensions.

WHO AM I?
I love that I have to think of the unhealthy unhappy and painful part of my story, the part that helps you know I understand what you are going through.

The best bit of my story is that all the discomfort, pain, malfunctioning organs, autoimmune, breathing issues that I used to have, well, they no longer exist.

Even better than that, is that I am not doing anything to train, maintain, manage or avoid the possible restarting of the discomfort, pain, malfunctioning organs, autoimmune disease and breathing issues.

I think 'independently health' is a great way of describing me.

No supplements, no medications, no regular treatments or therapies... and No, I DID NOT USED TO BE LIKE THIS.

Oh I was so ill, doing everything right, and falling apart so completely (no enamel on any of my teeth at the lowest point).

So the amazing adventure I went on, to rebuild my body and soul is what taught me what I guide you to in Maia Movement.

Who is Maia?
Maia is a goddess of spring, and she is perfect to remind us that new life appears after each winter. I don't want you to experience a winter like the one I did, where there was no enamel on my teeth.

I want you to have this knowing, that already exists deep within you, it is just that it is buried under all the doings we do to be healthy

Our power lies in claiming responsibility for how we are feeling and functioning, as it is how we are holding & moving ourselves (deliberately and subconsciously) that causes discomfort, pain, malfunctioning organs, autoimmune, breathing issues.

Which means, if you stop doing that, you start reversing out of these states.

On a cellular level that means we are holding onto aging and damaged states, instead of allowing them to die, and new fresh healthy cells to reproduce.

You can get as scientific and intellectual as you like, but in Whole Body Breathing classes you are going to feel this life cycle in your Unique, complete and natural breath.

You are going to stop doing what you are doing that is causing you pain, and all the problems that are labelled as degradation, dysfunction, autoimmune, lymphatic, hormonal, chemical.

Life is for living.
