Part 3… to your ears you will sound inappropriate, loud, rude, and just awful.

We are not meant to be free, we are meant to be controlled, appropriate and socially/culturally acceptable.

When you soften your tissues, and give emotional energy flow back its posturing capacity, you also improve your sensitivities.. what you can hear is so much more than what your ears pick up… and so there is the actual hearing yourself plus the unrestrained expression which you have to sit with, unapologetically…

It is hard, and it is worth it.

Part 2… to speak another’s familiar language, we need to have freedom and responsibility within us.

I hope you are getting to see there is no separation between the state of your muscles and the state of your mind-emotions-spirit.

The more thought we apply to our responses, the less present they are, and the more performed (dishonest).

But, if you believe that to let your voice, your unique voice, out, will cause destruction, then you need to get a hold of yourself before you start doing this.

Mentally, enough has been done, I fact you are probably a very well behaved, appropriate member of society.

Physically you can make more space, improve intuitive reception, and respond at the correct time, strength and direction.

There is no holding back, processing and returning from your head.

There is no thinking for others, you are exactly what is needed.

There is no more violent actions, because you are no longer desperately at the end of your rope.

Part 1 - being calm doesn’t always create calm…

But we can all learn to communicate differently, I just didn’t realise how confusing and alarming I was with my new behaviour.

And on paper, yes I was being nice, calm, understanding, I just wasn’t being familiar, and their nervous system freaked out.

Since then, 10years on, I now recommend meeting people where they are at, being what is familiar, as long as it is safe.

Why do you need recovery? If what you are doing is good for you, why do you need to remedy it?

And don’t come at me with “well we all lead a sedentary life, and sitting and toxins/bacteria/parasites/EMF/chemtrails…”

You have the power, you are where all this stuff begins or lands…

When you cut yourself, your body responds with rejuvenating/rebuilding actions… and yes, this can be activated throughout the body, and applied in certain ways to give an appearance of “young and healthy”.

The boost to your state comes from the survival response, which is energised by draining reserves from somewhere else within you.

If you are feeling “better” after doing something, the more sustainable question to ask is, what is making me feel less than, and what happening stop doing that instead?

News/Media and your nervous system… We have to be careful our fear is not causing us to respond, in principle, in the same way as those deemed wrong.

Knowing your being, how all your organs and aspects integrate, and then what is possible when you are integrating in your community, or on your phone/tv.

There is too much hate, vilification and isolation chosen and encouraged by people who think they are right, or they are following the person telling the truth…

I would not have been able to just ‘stop doing’ all the things I was doing, they are part of how I was making it through, all of it, the coffee, sugar, wine, dog walks, massages, acupuncture… because these were the shallowest layers, fighting against what I was doing on a deeper level.

But at some point you have to accept that what you are doing, is feeding into how you are functioning/feeling, and you need to let it go.

I KNOW that irritated identity and ego in many of you.

This self exploration is definitely best one on one, or in very small groups.

Your mental health is empowered by your muscles system.

Your gut health is restricted by your muscle system.

Your emotional and energetic boundaries are destroyed by how you move.

Your nervous system needs you to stop interfering.

It does not need training

You need to give your nervous system its tools back… they are your muscles

Mentally activating, repeatedly, muscles or your breath creates limits…

Because… your mind is not as fast as your nervous system, nor does it have access to everything in your body.

If your breath is short, muscles can be released… a long slow exhale will distract you, but it will not reset your nervous system.

“I’m not going to stop doing … ”
If you are not getting better, or you can’t get by without … or you are simply falling apart in any way, what you are doing is part of the problem.

When we are so far out of balance, everything we choose to do is out of balance, our nervous system response is out of balance.

We are perpetually tightening, contracting, our internal space is getting smaller and we need to use more force to get things done, which leaves us exhausted…

You always have a choice, keep doing what you have always done, or choose something wildly different.

The secret is in how you are doing/approaching your choices… which is why I share about respecting your unique breath, respecting your unique range of motion and honouring your dynamic posture.

“All the great minds are ahead of their time”

🤯 Mind blowing! This one also comes in the form of “I am rigid in my mind/beliefs and I’m not sure I will be able to change my mind”

If you have enough in you to make that assessment and speak that out loud, you have the capacity to choose, and what you have, what you are causing is what you are choosing.

I am not ahead of my time, I am in exactly the right place doing exactly what I am meant to be doing.
