Did you know that for our very first Big Rosella Festival 11 years ago, CC made all of the food herself? After organising the day, she missed all of the farm tours and chef demos, with cheers erupting every time she came out of the kitchen with a round of spring rolls.

These days we have a wonderful team who come back every year to help serve hundreds of brekkie rolls, spring rolls, cakes, Filipino inspired lunches and more every day so CC can be out in the field (though it's still pretty hard to keep her out of the kitchen!).

You can also see her on stage for a cooking with CC demo both days at this year's 11th Big Rosella Field Day
