We’re often told that we need to "build resilience" to cope with stress or bounce back from trauma.

But I have a caution for you: If you jump in too quickly to "fix" yourself and get over a situation, you might be missing a massive opportunity for deep, transformative healing. 🕊️

When we focus solely on resilience, we often fall into that "Yang" energy—the pushing, the doing, and the trying. But if we don't balance that with our vulnerability, we end up out of alignment.

Resilience isn't something you force. Resilience arrives naturally once the vulnerability has been truly healed.

Take your time. Allow yourself the space to be vulnerable. That is where the real strength is born.

Have you ever wondered why your stomach feels like it’s in knots when you’re under pressure? 🌪️

It all comes down to the "Fight or Flight" response. When your brain perceives you aren't safe, it prioritises survival. It sends all your energy to your arms and legs so you can fight or run. 🏃‍♀️💨

The problem? Digestion happens in the centre of the body. When you're stressed, the energy literally moves away from your gut, leaving your digestive system compromised.

This week, a specific energy has been appearing consistently in my sessions: the need for deep, subconscious clearing.
