OUTDOOR TRAINING is underway for the new year.
6am, 7.30am and 8.45am.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Killcare Beach.

This year we will be gearing our training towards a Midlife Focused Movement proticol.

GRACE - Grit, Regulate, Accumulate, Cardio and Endurance.

We made it!!
It has been an action packed year of weight lifting, ab tightening, running, hiking, walking and everything in between.
Time to have some holiday time to rest, recharge and refocus ready for all that next year has to offer.
We finish on Wednesday 17th December and return to the beach on the 9th January.

It will be cool to start, so bring a pack big enough to carry the clothes you shed.

Pack plenty to eat and 1.5L of water.

A beanie over your sun hat is great against the wind.

Rain coat as there maybe a few drops of rain.
