We’re pleased to welcome Aaron to Living Valley.

With over 20 years of experience in functional movement, Aaron brings a grounded, practical approach to how we move, supporting strength, mobility and energy in everyday life.

You’ll find him leading movement sessions across the retreat, as well as offering personalised training, along with Tai Chi and Qigong sessions designed to support balance, coordination and the nervous system.

At Living Valley, movement is gently woven throughout the retreat experience.

Guests can explore movement in many ways during their stay:

Today on International Women’s Day we recognise our CEO, Giselle Martin.

Raised on the retreat her parents founded more than 35 years ago in the Noosa Hinterland, Giselle grew up immersed in the values of natural healing, service and community. From an early age she worked across every part of Living Valley, helping shape many of the programs, experiences and philosophy that continue to guide the retreat today. As CEO, she now leads the retreat with deep knowledge, compassion and a lifelong commitment to supporting others in restoring their health and wellbeing.

Under her leadership, Living Valley continues to support thousands of guests as they reconnect with their health and vitality.

This year’s theme reminds us of the importance of continuing to balance the scales by recognising, supporting and creating space for women in leadership.
