To call this “just a job” wouldn’t even begin to touch what it’s given me.

Bodywork has been one of the most fulfilling and transformative paths of my life. Over the last 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of people through stress, injury and emotional holding, witnessing the incredible capacity of the body to heal when it feels safe and supported.

Through this journey, I’ve developed a deep respect for the intelligence of the body and the importance of working with it in a way that honours both its physical and emotional layers.

This has inspired me to begin creating mentorship opportunities, workshops and immersive learning experiences for those who feel drawn to this field.

Whether you’re exploring bodywork as a new career or you’re already a practitioner seeking to elevate your practice, these offerings will provide a supportive and hands-on environment to deepen your understanding of fascia, breathwork and nervous system regulation.

If this resonates with you, trust that inner nudge and feel free to reach out. I’d love to connect and share more

Over the past few years, I’ve received so many messages from people asking whether I offer mentorships or workshops in bodywork.

For a long time, I sat with this question, wanting to ensure that when I stepped into teaching, it felt truly aligned…

After 11 years of working with thousands of bodies, I’ve come to realise that what I’ve learned goes far beyond technique alone.

This work is about presence, intuition and understanding how the nervous system, breath and fascia all interact to support deep transformation.

It’s about learning how to truly feel and read a body in order to hold space for meaningful change.

Because of this, I’m soooo excited to begin offering small, intimate workshops and immersive days for those who feel called to this path ✨💆‍♀️🙌✨

These experiences are designed for both individuals considering a career in bodywork and practitioners who are ready to refine and deepen their skills.

If you’ve ever felt a quiet pull towards this work, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to send me a message to express your interest

Today I was reminded of the power of touch in a relationship.

I felt overwhelmed…with the accumulating lists of things to do and all the hats I was trying to wear in one day.

Gus saw it in me…he offered to talk things through to help lighten the load, but the most special thing he did was that he paused to recognise what I needed in that moment.

He came over, wrapped me in the biggest hug …and I melted.

The worries of my busy mind instantly reduced to the sensations in my body as I felt his presence, the slowness of his breathe and the beat of his heart against mine…

I watched in awe of this whole experience as my whole body softened.

It was such an embodied reminder of how powerful loving presence paired with intentional touch can be. And just how quickly our nervous systems can return to safety with the help of someone else.

In a world that demands so much from us, it reminded me how moments like this can be our anchor.

Also a bit teary writing this as I acknowledge the depth of work we’ve done over the years in creating safety for one another. Love you and appreciate you

One thing I honour deeply in my sessions is time.

Mainly because your nervous system doesn’t just switch off as soon as you lie down.

It takes time to feel safe, to land in the body, to trust you’re in good hands and to allow yourself to let go.

In a world that has conditioned us to move and respond so quickly, we often override what our body is asking for, by pushing through, staying busy or being ‘on’ all the time.

When you think about it, we exist in a time where most of us are holding more than ever, wearing so many different hats, whilst having the least amount of space to truly unwind.

So expecting the body to instantly switch off…
isn’t always realistic.

When we rush that process,
the body stays slightly guarded… even if it looks relaxed on the surface.

It makes sense that our bodies need time to unwind.

This is why I work the way I do now.

Creating enough space for your body to arrive,
before asking it to let go🌿

So much of what we experience as “tension” is actually the body trying to protect us.

When we shift the focus from forcing release → to creating safety, the unravelling begins 🧶🧶🧶

“I feel so much taller”
“I didn’t know I could feel this good”

Hearing this today meant so much to me.

It’s a reminder that bodywork isn’t just about releasing tension , it’s also about expanding someone’s experience of themselves.

Creating space.
Shifting patterns.
Opening up new ways of being in the body.

I feel so grateful to do this work 🙏🌸

Over the past 11 years working with bodies, my approach has changed a lot.

I used to focus mainly on muscle tension and ‘fixing’ my clients. And while acknowledging and tending to their tension absolutely has its place, I started noticing something important.

Most tension isn’t just muscular.
It’s protective.

When we’re stressed for long periods, the nervous system braces the body without us even realising.
Shoulders lift. The breath shortens. The jaw tightens.

Now, my bodywork sessions focus just as much on regulation as they do on release 🌿
Slowing down. Listening. Working with fascia and breath rather than forcing change.

The results are deeper and longer lasting.
I’ll be sharing more about this shift over the coming weeks.

Bodies respond to safety.
Not force.
That understanding has reshaped how I work over the years.
I’ve seen that when sessions are slower and more intentional, clients leave not just feeling looser, but clearer and more grounded.
It’s no longer just about relieving tight muscles.
It’s about supporting the nervous system so the body doesn’t need to stay on guard 🌿
I’m really excited to share more of this direction with you all.

The Lunar New Year has always felt like my true New Year. 🌙

Since I entered this world, my family has honoured this time as a doorway, into new cycles, new opportunities, and fresh beginnings.

While Jan 1st may reset the calendar, this moment always resets my spirit.

I’m so grateful to have grown up with these traditions, to see life through the lens of astrology, the zodiac, and numerology. They’ve given me rhythm, reflection, and a deeper trust in divine timing.

The Year of the Snake brought soooo many levels of shedding. 🐍
For some of my clients, it brought tremendous shifts. For others, subtle but powerful refinements.

But across the board, I’ve witnessed a deepening in their relationship with their inner authority. There’s been a growing awareness of where their body sighs in relief… and where it tightens, guarding old pain patterns.

To watch people begin to understand their own bodily messages , to trust them , has been nothing short of an honour.

So grateful to be doing what I do. ✨

Here’s to the next cycle, and all that’s ready to emerge.

Trying to find the words through all these emotions💔✨🥲
Who thought I’d miss this space so much!

This space has witnessed so many stories and offered so many people a haven to find their way back home to themselves.

With every session that I’ve offered, I feel like I’ve changed as a practitioner too.

Here’s to closing one chapter with gratitude, and stepping into the next with trust, excitement and openness. ✨💃🌸🥰
