Our team had a wonderful night at the Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas Lights on our annual festive outing ✨

As always, it was an amazing evening. Lots of laughs, plenty of Christmas spirit, and even a few iconic Santa photos along the way. Already looking forward to next year 🎄💙

✅ Above-award pay + penalties (from $38.50/hr)

✅ Must hold: NDISWC, WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Orientation Module

We are deeply saddened by the tragic events in Bondi. As a Central Coast based organisation, this has deeply affected our neighbouring community of Sydney.

We stand with the families and community impacted. No one should ever face violence or terror because of who they are or what they believe. Inclusivity and zero bias are core values of our organisation.

Last night our Coast Care team came together to celebrate with our staff Christmas party 🎄🩵

Making time to connect, laugh and support one another is so important in the work we do, and nights like this remind us of the strength of our team.

We’re incredibly grateful for this hardworking, compassionate team and the way they show up for each other and our participants all year round 🩵

Today we celebrated our Participant Christmas Party with a sausage sizzle, Christmas painting, and smiles all round!

Shout out to the amazing team at SUPPORT CENTRAL CO and the Independent Support Workers for bringing along a few of our mutual participants. it’s so important that NDIS providers support each other wherever possible, and we love working together to make days like this happen. 💫🩵

And of course, the BIGGEST shoutout to our wonderful participants! We absolutely love seeing you enjoy yourselves and soaking up all the festive fun. 🩵🎅✨

From decorating together, to Christmas present shopping and assisting with gift wrapping. It’s been such a joy bringing a little extra magic into this time of year.
