Unsung everyday hero’s are Disability Support Workers. We carry immense responsibility and with very little authority, funding or thanks 😮 We step into people's lives and make a difference 🤗 Some bless you, others curse you, some break your heart and soul and some may hurt you 😔 You see people at their worst and their very best. You see life with them in the time you work with individuals. You see people's capacity for love, courage and endurance 👊 You are lucky to make it to the toilet sometimes more than once in a shift😮Paste this to your status if your are a Disability Support Worker as you are hero’s in my eyes 💙
