A huge thank you to Stanwell for welcoming our team onsite at Tarong Power Station for the Benefits Expo.

It’s always great to revisit, reconnect, and reinforce why our teams are onsite — to support people, to be visible, and to provide practical mental health and wellbeing support where people live and work.

Openly presenting mental health and wellbeing services in workplaces like this plays a powerful role in reducing stigma. When support is seen, accessible, and normalised, it sends a clear message: it’s okay to talk, it’s okay to ask for help, and support is here.

We’re proud to continue working alongside organisations that value their people and take wellbeing seriously. Thanks again for having us — we look forward to continuing the conversation and the impact.

When Bunyarra began, it was built on a simple motto: don’t just desire to make a living, desire to make a difference. Since that day, that’s what we’ve endeavoured to do.

As a company, we’ve never asked for donations to support our work. In fact, we’ve donated tens of thousands of dollars back into community—supporting sporting clubs, community groups, and providing free support to those in need. Why? Because we believe money should never be a barrier to getting help or to living a life that fosters positive wellbeing.

That’s what makes this photo so special.

When the first commenced, Bunyarra was proud to be one of their initial sponsors, helping them get off the ground. All these years later, they’ve shown incredible generosity in return—donating funds from a mental health game to help us continue supporting people who need it but don’t have the means.

Community supporting community. That’s what it’s all about.

Thank you to the amazing team for seeing why we do what we do, and for getting behind us to ensure we can keep trying to make a difference.

Because at the end of the day, wellbeing grows when people feel supported, connected, and reminded that they’re not in it alone.

As 2025 comes to a close, we’ve taken time to reflect on a year that brought both highs and lows in supporting people with their mental health.

There were moments of real challenge—walking alongside individuals, teams, and communities through complex, heavy times. But there were also powerful reminders of why this work matters: seeing people feel heard, supported, and safer because someone showed up when it counted.

This year brought real joy in supporting new companies, deepening our presence in sport, and expanding where and how we show up. Most importantly, we strengthened our services with one clear focus—ensuring more people go home safe at the end of the day.

Looking ahead to 2026, our commitment remains the same. To continue providing a service that genuinely makes a difference. To support the longevity and wellbeing of the companies we work with. And to ensure people have the right supports, at the right time, when they need them most.

Thank you to everyone who trusted us, partnered with us, and stood beside us this year. We’re ready to keep building, together.

We’ve been incredibly excited and grateful to have been invited into the wellbeing space within professional sport this year. Being present in these environments has reinforced something we strongly believe in — real change happens through relationships.

Simply showing up, building trust, and being consistent creates spaces where people feel comfortable to reach out, speak up, and know they’re not doing it alone. When wellbeing support is visible and accessible, it helps normalise conversations that truly matter.

As we look ahead to next year, we’re energised by the continued growth of wellbeing in professional sport and the opportunity to keep building meaningful connections. We’re committed to deepening this work, strengthening relationships, and continuing to support people both on and off the field.

We’re excited to be sponsors of the First Nations Championships next week, as well as proud supporters of multiple amazing teams taking the court.

As a wellbeing organisation, being part of events like this matters. Showing up, being visible, and standing alongside our communities helps break down stigma—because when support is present, normalised, and woven into the fabric of these moments, people feel seen, valued, and backed.

When we started Bunyarra, we made a promise — whatever it takes to make sure someone gets the support they need, we’ll stand by that.

This week really put that to the test. With the weather hitting hard and staff on site working harder to get what was needed done, sitting within four white walls just wasn’t going to cut it.

So instead, it was about meeting people where they are — on the back of four strong legs, in the working pens, having real conversations, wellbeing check-ins, and showing up no matter what the day threw at us.

A big thanks to the crew at for putting your people first and allowing us to support them in whatever way was needed at the time.

Turning up isn’t always about doing the job you’re hired for.
Sometimes, it’s about being there — even when people don’t ask for it or think they need it.

This week, with the heat turning it up a notch, it wasn’t about staying behind a desk or ticking off tasks. It was about getting out on the plant, checking in, keeping the team hydrated, and making sure everyone stayed in a positive space.

Because turning up means more than showing up for the work — it’s about showing up for the people.
Doing the small things that might not be in your job description, but matter more than you realise.

Often, the biggest difference we make isn’t in what we do, but in how we show up.
And that quiet presence — a drink of water, a quick chat, a simple check-in — can mean more than we’ll ever know. 🦋
