I woke early as usual... standing in my kitchen watching first light over the mountains... and I 'heard' the first few lines of a song... Heal the world... Make it a better place... for you and for me... and the entire human race.... (I know you are singing along now like I did :D ).... and I thought.. how DO we heal the entire human race... No one person can do that... No... one... person... and yet we CAN heal the human race... one person at a time... because it begins with each of us... We each have our own journey to navigate... our own piece of life to live... which connects to and affects those around us...
When we take a healing journey within... without denial of the stories that have made us the sum of who we are... we heal our attachment to the pain and suffering some of those stories created... and in doing that we create healed sacred inner space so that we can sow more seeds of love with purpose in the world...
I am remininded of my great grandmother... I knew her until she passed when I was in my 20's... A beautiful old woman... and Mum used to tell me how she would put seeds she had gathered in her apron and scatter them all around her garden.... Isn't that what we need to do in this world? Gather seeds of love... and scatter them wherever we find ourselves living life?
Love is the healer of wounds of the heart... the spirit within... Love.. IS the seed of life... Imagine the flowers that will bloom in the world from the nourished seeds of love... and thus we create a beautiful garden of loving happy people blooming with vibrancy... colour... with all different kinds of flowers.. growing in beauty... together.... A wildflower garden of unique individuals learning to live from their heart... and with those around them... in beauty.... We have a long way to go... but we each of us have to begin somewhere... We have all been given a task... to live 'on-purpose' with love in our time on this earth... so getting the most out of life... by seeding love within... which seeds even more love without... to ripple forever onward... is a step in the right direction...
The image the Ancient Ones show me is that these seeds scatter wherever you go... whatever you do... so are they seeds of love or something else? The more you nourish love... the other withers and dies... That which we feed will grow... Heal the world... begins with one person... With Love Jude
