Pelvic pain affects 1 in 5 women and yet is something that is rarely discussed. Many women often suffer in silence or become discouraged when scans, testing and surgeries are inconclusive.

Most women will happily discuss pelvic girdle and tailbone pain however, some areas of pelvic pain which are less commonly discussed include;

- Painful in*******se
- Pain with or inability to use a tampon
- Bladder pain syndrome/ interstitial cystitis

In Australia statistics show 65% of women report some type of urinary incontinence, yet less then 31% of these people seek help from a medical professional. This is such a shame, it breaks my heart to think of how many women must be suffering in silence!

Incontinence

Accidental leakage

Rushing to go to the toilet

Leaking when coughing, sneezing, laughing, exercising or rushing to the toilet

Issues with the urinary flow (stop/start, need to bear down, hesitancy, post-void dribble, pain/pressure with voiding)

Feeling like you're unable to empty your bladder completely

I’m super excited to let you know about the new service I will be offering. I have now completed additional training through The Osteopathic Pelvic Health Institute of Australia, which allows me to offer specific treatment for pelvic dysfunction. This may include internal techniques when required.

I’ve been super quiet on here since closing the studio… have my hands very full! (The boys are just 18 months apart)
It’s been busy!!!! Busy but absolutely incredible 🥰🥰
