About Us
Kahvah Yoga is a local yoga organisation offering classes, workshops, retreats and programs. Our lead Yoga Teacher Tehla Bower has been practising yoga for over 20 years and is accredited as a Level 2 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Synergy. She is also a registered member of Yoga Alliance. Her teacher training was completed directly with international yoga expert Simon Borg-Olivier, and her style of teaching reflects the hatha-yoga inspired Yoga Synergy Method as well as Simon's Spinal Movements sequences. She loves sharing her passion for yoga with others and her style of teaching is suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility from beginners to advanced.
