Join us for a gentle, welcoming space where you can arrive exactly as you are. Together, we’ll create nourishing kitchery, bring your own container so you can take a hearty meal home.

Woven Women is also a place to craft, learn new skills and pass on old ones, to catch up on life admin, read a book, or simply share connection over a cup of tea. It’s a warm, village-minded space where everyone belongs, everyone contributes, and everyone is held.

To help us plan and accommodate everyone comfortably, please let us know if you’re able to join us.

We can’t wait to gather with you.

We are so excited to be back offering this space that we love and feel so deeply passionate about.

After a meaningful pause, as life shifted and seasons changed, we’ve taken time to listen, reflect and realign.

Now we return with fire in our hearts and passion in our souls.

We’ve gratefully teamed up with Parenting KI and Island Alive to bring back Earth School (formerly wild kin circle) for our island community, a space for families to gather, connect and truly thrive together.

WOVEN WOMEN 🤎

A place where women of all ages gather.

To connect, create, share stories, learn old skills, and remember who we are in community.

This is about weaving together the women.
a warm, welcoming space to come as you are.

You’re welcome to join in the shared thread (this time, bread making), or bring your own craft, mending, laptop work, journal or book. Simply sit amongst other women, doing your own thing, while children play in the rhythm of community around us.

Children are embraced here.

Healthy snacks and homemade chai will be provided, so you can come without needing to bring much. Just bring yourself, and leave with a nourished soul and a loaf of fresh bread to share with your family.

🤎 Thursday 12th March
🤎 1–3pm
🤎 The Junction
🤎 All welcome

Come and be part of the weaving. Please reach out if you plan to join us (so we can accommodate for numbers)

We’ve been quiet here as life has shifted and invited us to slow, simplify, and return to presence. In this space, a natural metamorphosis has been unfolding. We are gently birthing into the new — rooted, intentional, and guided by the rhythms of the earth.

Walk, Ride or Roll with Aunty Angelena Harradine Buckskin and Cedric Varcoe on this healing journey to honour our sea kin affected by the recent algal bloom off the coast of Kangaroo Island.

This bloom has caused devastation to marine life and disrupted the delicate balance of our coastal ecosystems. Together, we will walk in ceremony, community, and care to honour the waters, our sea kin, and the deep relationship between land, sea, and spirit.

We will gather at Brownlow Beach, near the toilet block and the cow sculpture, to begin our journey. Together, we will walk or roll along the coastline to Reeves Point, where we’ll share food (you’re welcome to bring a plate to share), stories, and song. This will be a time to rest and connect in community and with Country, before making our way back to Brownlow Beach together.

Please note if you are unable to walk the whole way or all the way you are welcome to join in which ever part of the day that suits.

The day will be held with cultural guidance and ceremony, creating a space to reconnect with Country and each other. We walk to listen. To heal. To be heard. To stand for the waters and the life they hold.

Come join us for Nurture Flow — a gentle family yoga gathering where movement, mindfulness, and connection weave together. After our practice, we share tea and time together. This is a beautiful, welcoming space for parents and children to slow down, stretch, and connect with each other and the village around them. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one (but it’s not compulsory). This free offering is made possible through Parenting KI. To join us, please register with Dana or Parenting KI. We would love to welcome you.

We cover ourselves from the rain,
turn from the wind,
seek warmth, shelter, softness.
But there is something sacred
in choosing to stay—
to feel the sting of the storm,
to let the wild in.

Comfort is not always found in ease.
Sometimes, it’s born
in the raw, the wet, the windblown.
In the quiet knowing:
I can be with this, too.

This is where resilience lives.
Where we remember
we are made of earth,
and meant to weather.
