Hi, I’m Hermione Friesen. At 47, I understand firsthand the importance of staying strong, energised, and healthy through this stage of life.

With over 12 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I’ve also expanded my expertise as a qualified Nutritionist, Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Breathwork Facilitator. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with my local community, as well as representing Australian fitness on a national and international level.

Now, I’m inviting 10 women aged 40–50 to join my exclusive boutique training program.
