I need to let my inner awareness filter all that comes from the outside and constantly remind myself of the spiritual truth that I am the soul. This is where the challenge of spirituality comes. Without this active effort of imbibing spiritual awareness and applying it, everything else is just being passively absorbed.
Whatever is coming to me most of the time is from outside and is, in fact, negating reality, so I have to respond to this situation myself. The first counter measure is MEDITATION.
