This is a cause we really believe in and would like to promote for the well-being of our community - Step & Connect is a walking group started for those who wants to get into a healthy mindset plus connecting with others.
The weather is warming up, so let's get into it!
It's happening every Thursdays, 8am, starting in front of Charman Road Pharmacy, 322 Charman Road, Cheltenham.
Otherwise do drop in to speak to Soula, Natalie or Alvin and we'll add you into a SMS group for weekly reminder!

As the weather is warming up, it'll be a great time to get involved in our Step & Connect walking group !

We meet every Thursdays , 8am in front of Charman Road Pharmacy for a 45 minutes of walking and chatting with fellow community from Cheltenham. It's a great way to start the day and to plug in to the community!

Come in and drop your name in to Alvin, Soula or Natalie and we'll place keep you in our loop !

Vaccinations & administration of injection like Vit B12
Prescribing under protocol, eg for Oral Contraceptive Pill, Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Treatment of shingles
Blood pressure checks
Advice and treatment on many ailments .
