Today, let’s make love practical.

Not just flowers and cards, but a quiet promise to your future self:

We spend so much time caring for everyone else.
Today, turn some of that care inward.
No more measuring yourself against noise, trends, or impossible standards.

🌱200 SESSION CLUB 🌱

Rhiannon has been with us for 2.5 years and she’s one of those consistent small group members who brings a cheeky laugh, genuine encouragement, and the kind of energy that lifts the whole room.

When Rhiannon first started, she was managing lower back issues and a shoulder impingement. So we did it the Rella’s way: we took it slow, nailed the basics, and progressed when she felt ready. Session by session, she built strength and something even bigger: trust in her body.

What I’m most proud of is her confidence in training, even when she doesn’t feel like it, because she knows she’s safe here and that no matter what… we’ve got her back.
And this is what consistency creates.

Recently, she set herself a new goal and backed it in, completing a 30-minute kettlebell sport challenge (OAJ 8kg) with 423 reps, smiling and laughing the whole way through.
That’s sustainable human movement.

🌱400 SESSION CLUB 🌱
Today we celebrate Caroline Baker and an incredible milestone — 400 sessions at Rella’s Movement Studio.
Caroline is one of those people who quietly lifts the whole room.
Whether it’s her perfectly timed, funny comments during group sessions or going rogue and adding her own artistic licence to a movement, she brings energy, humour, and heart to every class.
She’s a steady presence in our groups, consistent, kind, and always showing up… even if that sometimes means arriving halfway through a session after sleeping in (we see you, Caz 😉).
Caroline is a wonderful role model for her children. She’s trained alongside her daughter in our group sessions, walked 30km Coastrek with her son, and even dipped her toe into kettlebell sport, taking a deep breath and competing at a national level. She’s never afraid to give things a go.

This is what sustainable human movement looks like.
Not perfection.
Not extremes.
Just showing up, again and again, for your health, your family, and yourself.

Caroline, thank you for being such an integral part of our community and such a powerful role model for your kids. We’re so proud to walk this journey with you 💚

We value the health of our members and our trainer and have cancelled the afternoon sessions with the extreme heat in Melbourne.

Stay cool and hydrated, and make sure if you are out in these conditions, to have electrolytes to replenish the salts lost through excessive sweating.
