Pain gone? Good.

Ready to play? Not always.

Soft tissue injuries feel better long before they’re truly ready for sport, and that gap is where repeat injuries live.

We use testing and targeted strength work to make sure your muscle can actually handle your sport again.

Light movement tells one story. The numbers tell the real one.

Wore heels to the races and paying for it now? 👠
Here’s what’s really going on and how to fix it.

When you’re in heels all day, your calves work in a shortened position, your arches take more load, and your hips and back step in to keep you upright. The result is a full-chain ache that hangs around long after the shoes come off.

✅ Ease tight calves with a stretch
✅ Roll a spiky ball under your foot
✅ Open up the forefoot with a gentle toe stretch

If the soreness lingers, especially in the heel, arch, or toes, come in for an assessment. Beauty doesn’t have to be pain.
