It's that time of year again when life can be busier, feel more overwhelming, and we're all a bit tired. Ask yourself, do I really need to be rushing right now? Am I shallow breathing or clenching my jaw? Am I keeping the bigger picture in mind, or stressing about things, that don't really matter when all is said and done.
Give the people you love and care about a big hug and try not to buy into the stress whenever you can xx ☺️

Anyone cleaning up before putting up the Christmas tree? Do you have some books (for ages 0-100yo +) lying around that you enjoyed and would like to share? Donations to our Street Library are most welcome. You might even find a book there you’d like to take and read for yourself over the holidays that are fast approaching.

Feel free to leave them in the library, in the clinic or on the front deck- whatever works for you ☺️

Kat completed both her Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University in Melbourne. With a background in ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, Kat has always been fascinated by how the body moves. That early love of movement and health is what eventually led her to a career in osteopathy.

She enjoys working with people of all ages and walks of life, and has hands-on experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns. Kat has a special interest in women’s health and is particularly passionate about supporting women through every stage of pre- and post-natal care. She also treats sports and workplace-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and general aches and pains that come with day-to-day life.

Above all, Kat genuinely cares about the people she treats. She’s here to listen, support, and help guide her patients through their recovery, so they can get back to doing what they love with confidence. Her approach is personalised and hands-on, focusing on both direct and indirect techniques, while incorporating other treatments such as myofascial dry needling, cupping, and exercise rehabilitation.

Kat is available on Monday and Wednesday 😊

After 5 wonderful years at the clinic, we're saying goodbye to not just an incredible osteopath, but an even more incredible human being.

Brandon is heading off to Melbourne to start a new chapter, and while we’re so excited for what lies ahead for him, it’s bittersweet to see him go. His bright, bubbly personality, genuine care for every patient, and infectious energy have left a lasting mark on our team and community.

And of course, we’ll miss Arnie too — our unofficial four-legged receptionist who always brought smiles to the waiting room.🐾

Thank you, Brandon, for everything you’ve brought to the clinic. Wishing you (and Arnie!) all the best on your new adventure. Melbourne is lucky to have you!✨
