At Achieve Exercise Physiologists, our Studio 1-on-1 Sessions offer a premium, individualised experience tailored to your specific needs and goals. We offer 30-minute, 60-minute, and custom-duration sessions to suit your schedule, physical capacity, and treatment requirements. Delivered by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, these sessions take place in a private, fully equipped studio—ideal for managing chronic conditions, supporting rehabilitation, improving function, or enhancing performance in a safe and supportive environment.

Our studio is equipped with a wide range of clinical-grade exercise equipment to accommodate all ability levels and therapy goals, including:
• Cable resistance machines for controlled strength training
• Free weights, kettlebells, and dumbbells for functional strength work
• Pilates reformers for core stability, posture, and low-impact rehabilitation
• Balance pads, Bosu balls, and wobble boards for falls prevention and proprioception training
