We’re strengthening the identity verification process for providers accessing NDIS Commission portals.

From 7 December 2025, providers will begin transitioning from PRODA to Digital ID (myID) and RAM to access our systems. This upgrade will help keep participants, providers and the NDIS safe from scams, fraud and data breaches.

✅ myID is the Australian Government’s Digital ID app.

✅ RAM is an authorisation service that lets nominated staff act securely on behalf of a provider online, when linked with their Digital ID (using myID app).

Providers can continue using PRODA to verify their identity during the transition period, which ends 30 September 2026, however we recommend setting up Digital ID (myID) and RAM early to avoid disruption.

Please note: This change will not replace NDIS Worker Screening Checks. Self-managed participants will continue using PRODA to access our portals until further notice.

* If driving conditions are dangerous, safely pull over away from trees, drains, low-lying areas and floodwater. Avoid travel if possible.
* Stay safe by avoiding dangerous hazards, such as floodwater, mud, debris, damaged roads and fallen trees.
* Be aware - heat, fire or recent storms may make trees unstable and more likely to fall when it's windy or wet.
* Check that loose items, such as outdoor settings, umbrellas and trampolines are safely secured. Move vehicles under cover or away from trees.
* Stay indoors and away from windows.
* If outdoors, move to a safe place indoors. Stay away from trees, drains, gutters, creeks and waterways.
* Stay away from fallen powerlines - always assume they are live.
* Be aware that in fire affected areas, rainfall run-off into waterways may contain debris such as ash, soil, trees and rocks. Heavy rainfall may also increase the potential for landslides and debris across roads.
* Stay informed: Monitor weather warnings, forecasts and river levels at the Bureau of Meteorology website, and warnings through VicEmergency website/app/hotline.

📢 We've updated the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26.

The Pricing Arrangement and Price Limits lists the price limits for supports and any requirements related to claiming those supports. We regularly make changes to these documents to ensure that pricing and claiming guidance is in line with current policy.

The updates take effect on 24 November 2025.

By sharing this information earlier, we're helping to ensure:

👉 participants and families have more time to plan their funding

👉 providers have more time to prepare their services.

We have also released a new Operational Guideline for Therapy Supports.
