Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support individuals to live independently, confidently, and safely in their community.

📌 About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and community. Tasks may include:
• Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
• Community access and social support
• Meal preparation and household tasks
• Medication prompting
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Implementing Behaviour Support Plans (if required)
• Encouraging independence and building life skills
