Healing You. Helping you heal the past for a brighter future. My name is Athena and I am a Root Cause Therapist, Reiki Master, Bowen Therapist and Crystal Healer.

I strongly believe we are made up of 3 components, Mind, Body and Spirit. If there is a disharmony with one of these then there is unwellness. I also believe one of our core reasons for being here, especially in the era we are living now, is to break generational cycles. In theory that is easier said than done as we have been conditioned to hold onto those cycles. That is why I offer Intuitive Therapy, Bowen Therapy or Root Cause Therapy a start to breaking through these generational ties to help you start to heal and live your life to its fullest.
