Ever notice how the moment we start showing up… our business starts thriving, our visibility grows, money starts flowing… and then suddenly… our nervous system goes “whoa, too much!” 😅

We start slowing down our posts, missing updates, not following through with offers… not because we don’t want to, but because our capacity to hold it all feels stretched.

I hear this all the time: “How do you manage it all? Single mum, business, 4 kids, some with extra needs… how do you do it?”

It’s not about doing more. It’s about building the capacity to hold more. 💪

We can do it, we just need the right tools to make it feel possible.

What’s one thing that’s helping you build your capacity right now? Drop it below 👇

Running a business has a way of highlighting all the bits you thought you’d already worked through.
It shows up when clients leave.

When pricing feels uncomfortable.
When you try to do everything yourself.
Business isn’t just work — it’s growth wrapped up in deadlines and school runs.

Rest day for me today.
Sign-off day for my client 🌿

These are the days I don’t talk about enough.
When there’s no next appointment booked…
because the skin is clear.
The itching is gone.
The eczema is fully healed.

This is why I do homeopathy.
Not to manage symptoms forever,
but to help the body find its way back to balance — properly.

So today I’m resting,
and my client is getting on with life, comfy in their own skin again.

That’s a good day in my books 🤍

If you know someone suffering from eczema, more than happy to help.

I didn’t change, love.
I just stopped shrinking.

Stopped making myself smaller to keep everyone comfortable.
Stopped doubting my knowing.
Stopped putting my dreams on the back burner while I carried everyone else.

I’m a homeopath.
I’m a single mama.
I’m a business owner.
And none of those roles cancel the others out — they strengthen me.

What looks like “change” is actually me choosing to stand tall.
Rooted in my work.
Showing up for my kids.
Building something that matters between school runs, dinner prep, and late nights.

If that makes some people uneasy, that’s okay.
Growth has a way of doing that.

Here’s your reminder, darling..
you don’t need to become someone new.
You just need to stop making yourself smaller.

👉 When physical symptoms and emotional wounds feel deeply connected…

Thuja is a deeply acting homeopathic remedy often considered when concerns affect both emotional wellbeing and physical expression.

In homeopathy, Thuja may be indicated for those experiencing:

A sense of being unattractive or not fitting in
A strong desire to hide parts of themselves
Physically, Thuja is commonly associated with:
Warts and skin tags
Warts on hands, fingers, face, and eyelids
Support before and after vaccination

Homeopathy views symptoms as meaningful signals — and Thuja is often considered when the body and mind seem to be asking for deeper support.

Being a single mum means stealing the small moments.

The in-between ones.
The ones no one schedules.

It’s carving out one-on-one time wherever you can, because that’s what they remember.

So you eat the damn doughnut.
You wander the op shop.
You cruise in the car with the music up and nowhere to be.

You make it count.
Because presence matters more than perfection.
