Mind Management and Counselling Adrian has studied the mind's influence on the body, relationships, and life for 20 years. Adrian obtained his Diploma in Counselling (CHC51015).

Helping people break free from stress, anger, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm so they can rebuild inner peace, stronger relationships, and more confident lives. He has created programs to help clients improve calmness, resilience, relationships, performance, and happiness. Adrian has always been fascinated by the mind's workings and how it influences success or despair. He started attending 10-day Vipassana meditation retreats to explore further. Now, he meditates daily, studies human behaviour extensively, and attends a 10-day retreat annually. Adrian has a thirst for psychology, mindfulness, relaxation, meditation techniques, emotion control, neuroscience, quantum physics, and shamanistic healing. Noticing more clients with anger issues, he quickly helped them manage their stress. Adrian then specialized in anger and stress management. Adrian recognized society's struggles with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. He has adapted his business to help more people cope with these pressures. Meditation is what I do daily. Although I regularly attended Vipassana 10-day silent meditation courses since 2007, I hadn’t returned since COVID began. It was time to revisit the source and rediscover myself. Pure discipline are the two words I would use to describe what it takes to successfully complete one of these courses.

I felt disconnected from my world. Although I regularly attended 10-day meditation courses since 2007, I hadn't returned since COVID began.
