Hello everyone, just a quick COVID update. Once again we are lucky enough to be classified as ‘essential’ for those who require urgent care. If you already have an appointment with us you are still able to attend as long as you are feeling well. If you feel like you can postpone your treatment until after the proposed lockdown or you have any COVID symptoms please give us a call on 5422 6488 to reschedule. We will be following our usual strict hygiene and cleaning protocols and mask wearing will continue to be compulsory.

Well this week marks my last week in the clinic. It’s a bitter sweet time. Whilst my family and I are super excited about our little adventure to The Sunshine Coast ☀️, it is also very hard to leave the people that I have had the utmost pleasure of treating and looking after over the past 12 years.
Not only have I grown over this time (married my lovely wife, have been lucky to have 2 beautiful children) I have been able to share this with everyone I have come in contact with over the years in Kyneton.
When we graduate University we are told that patients are exactly that, they are patients not your friends- but I feel like I have made more friends over the last 12 years than I have ever made before. The community of Kyneton and it surrounds have been nothing but welcoming and loving. Especially over the last couple of years which have been challenging for everyone.

👉🏾They house and protect our very important nerves which supply ALL organs of our body INCLUDING the most important- our brain 💆‍♀️.
👉🏾Post Chiro Care people often mention they can sleep better, their digestion has improved, some people say they can focus better, see better or even p**p 💩 better 👌🏽
👉🏾whilst trauma is a difficult one, taking care of your spine in general may help not only your mechanical structure and your pain but also your neurological, physiological and psychological systems 👏🏽👏🏽.

However, with modern life we tend to start to lean forward.
Try to head back to a straighter posture 🧍🏽‍♂️
✅Chin Slightly Tucked
✅Chest Slightly Raised
✅Shoulder Blades Back and Down
✅Ribs down
