Movement with Awareness
I use a mixed approach with long holds of poses that open the body up to deeply stretch and balance through to vinyasa movements of strength & mobility. The class flows from one pose to the next to build strength, stamina and improve fitness. Modifications to poses are always available so you can easily work at your own pace and according to your own bodies needs. Classes conclude with a short relaxation and offer a supportive and nurturing environment. You will leave feeling re-energized !!
