Life got full (as it does), seasons shifted, and social media had to take a back seat for a while. Between running a nutrition and massage business, working full time, and being a busy mum of five — with all the sports, school and social commitments that come with that — there simply wasn’t space to show up here regularly.

But behind the scenes, The Nourished Wellness Hub has still been here — quietly doing what we do best.

This space was created to support your body with care, intention, and nourishment — through massage, nutrition guidance, and creating a calm place to reset when life feels overwhelming. That hasn’t changed, and it never will.

I’ll be sharing again — not every day, and not perfectly — just occasionally and authentically. Because connection matters.
