How do ordinary foods affect your digestive conditions, energy level and mood?
Recently one of my clients had IgA/IgG food sensitivity test and changed his diet according to the result - had removed reacted foods and had eaten low reactive food every four days.
One week later, he noticed that his bowel movement occurs regularly once every day, with less fatigue and a better sense of taste.
The dietary change makes a positive outcome!

合わない食べ物があると、腸の調子が悪くなるだけはなく、エネルギーがうまく作られなくなって疲労感が出やすくなったり、気分が変わり、じんましんなど皮膚への影響も出てくることがあります。
腸の調子が悪くなって、しばらく経つあるクライアントさんから、依頼を受けて、食物不耐性検査を手配させていただき、合わない食べ物があるかどうか調べました。結果に基づき、1週間食事を変えたところ、“お通じが一日一回定期的にくるようになり、疲れも減り、食べ物の味覚がよくなった”というご報告をいただきました。
恐らく、検査をしなくてもそのまま過ごせていたかもしれませんが、合わない食べ物を排除したり、食事の内容を変えることで、今まで気がつかなかった“不調”が、改善されていることに改めて気づかされることがあります。

Coeliac disease is common in our community, yet 4 out of 5 Australians remain undiagnosed.
The symptoms of coeliac disease are varied, including:
