Over four weeks in June, storytellers will explore new ways of writing, while developing their own personal style.

This workshop is available for members of the Vision Australia Library, which is free and open to Australians with vision and/or print disabilities.

Empower Support was thrilled to assist Zac receive his new life changing Ai META glasses (see article)

AI Meta glasses are transforming daily life for Zac, who lives with vision impairment. Using voice commands and real-time AI, the glasses read text, describe surroundings, and help identify people, reducing reliance on others. Zac purchased his Oakley AI wrap-around gold lens Meta glasses through the NDIS, making this technology accessible as part of his supports. As a member of the V.I.P (Vision Impaired Persons) group in Bairnsdale, Zac has also influenced other members to adopt the glasses. The result is greater independence, improved safety, increased social confidence, and a renewed ability to engage with everyday activities and community life.
