Together, we’ll make simple, small changes that may be your solution to more energy, clearer skin, better sleep and weight loss. I am a Newcastle-based health "re-styler" and entrepreneur, coaching women in one-on-one sessions in person as well as online. I am passionate about sharing what I have learnt through my own health journey; Recovering from emotional eating and alcohol dependence as well as trying to manage my mental health through nutrition, exercise and self-care. I am committed to helping women “re-style” their health and happiness, going above and beyond what they think is possible for themselves. I bring honesty, fun and my own life experiences to build effective relationships with my clients. I have always had a keen interest in nourishing the body through food and movement, but it was only when I began my health coaching studies that I finally committed to putting myself first. This, I believe, is the most important commitment my clients will ever have to make and they will not look back. Inspired by how using food and movement begun to transform my health and my life, I embarked on a study journey with the Institute Of Integrative Nutrition in New York. I am currently accepting new clients both in person (within Newcastle, NSW) and via Skype online, and enjoy working with women to regain their sense of self, heal their relationship with food and bring more balance into their lives.

You know what you should be doing, you know where you want to be. What are the small daily changes you can start today that will help move you closer to your goals?

It might be a money💰goal - sit down and start by identifying your incoming income and outgoing expenses. Really look at where your money goes.

It might be a movement🚶‍♀️goal - start by tracking your daily steps. Join us at and be accountable to us!
Accountability can be the key that is missing to help you reach your goals.

You might want to eat “better”. What does this look like to you? More vegetables 🍅 , fruit 🍉 , fibre 🌾?

Turn off the hot water for 30 seconds before getting out of your shower and reap the benefits.

Cold water can do all this for you....

• It’s better than coffee for waking you up as the shock to your body increases your alertness through a spike in the oxygen in your blood,
• it improves your mood thanks to a boost in serotonin (happy hormone)
• it improves your immunity thanks to an increase in your white blood cells - think disease fighting warriors!
• it encourages your body’s natural detoxification processes through a wake up call to the lymphatic system
• it increases your brown fat (don’t yell at me.... we WANT this type of fat!) - this uses energy - therefore boosting your metabolism... this is a good thing 😉
• it reduces inflammation and muscle soreness
• it improves brain function through the boost in endorphins and serotonin - in other words..... it’s a no brainer people....

My role as a health coach is to tailor individualised wellness programs to meet my clients' needs. I take a holistic approach to supporting YOU as a WHOLE person.
