A Soulful Closing 🌿

Sometimes our soul quietly guides us into new seasons… even when it means letting go of something we love.

At the end of this month I will be closing PranaZoe.

This space has been a sacred part of my life. Meditation circles, quiet connection, and the moments we shared together have meant more to me than words can express.

But my path as a mother has deepened, and Chase needs more of me now. My life no longer allows me to show up physically in the way I once could, and after much reflection, I know it is time to honour that.

What I’ve realised is that this isn't an ending — it's an evolution.

I’ve found a place where I can still follow spirit, serve community, and use the skills that come naturally to me — bringing people together, creating connection, and building something meaningful.

That place is Connect My Soul.

Today was a success.
Four hours out of home for Chase and it was actually… beautiful.
Some days my mind races ahead.

Thinking about the future, about preparing him for a world where I won’t always be able to do what I’ve done his whole life.
Where mum and dad care will one day need to be held by others.
That thought can be heavy.

But today I was miles away from fear.
Today was about trust, small steps, and proof that we are moving forward.

Slowly. Gently. In our own time.

This path isn’t fast and it isn’t easy, but it’s intentional.
And days like today remind me that we’ll get there. One step, one win, one deep breath at a time 🤍

Finally back on the bike 😅
Ahhhh… it absolutely killed me.

But this right here is why I keep coming back.
Not for fitness goals or numbers on a screen.
I do this for my mental health.

When life gets heavy, when things feel tough or overwhelming, this is usually the first thing that falls away. And I notice it. Every time.

So this year, I am choosing differently.

Out of all the habits, this is the one I’m protecting.

Because movement clears my head, steadies my nervous system, and brings me back to myself.

Hard, sweaty, grounding, worth it.

One ride at a time 💛

As the Year of the Snake closes, I’ve been sitting with one quiet question:

Have you actually shed what needed to be shed?

The last two months didn’t whisper.
They tested me. Pushed me. Stripped things back layer by layer.

Patterns I’d outgrown. Roles I kept carrying out of habit. Old ways of coping that no longer fit the woman I’m becoming.

The Snake doesn’t rush. It teaches us to pause, to be honest, to feel the discomfort of shedding skin before renewal can happen.

And I’ll be real. Letting go wasn’t graceful. It was confronting. Emotional. Raw. But necessary.

I’ve learned that shedding isn’t about losing pieces of yourself.
It’s about returning to what’s true underneath.
Now, we step into the Year of the Horse.
And the Horse doesn’t sit still.

This is where insight becomes movement. Where clarity turns into momentum. Where what I’ve released makes space for freedom, direction, and forward motion. Not reckless speed, but aligned action. Purpose with legs.

I’m carrying the wisdom of the Snake into the motion of the Horse.
Less hesitation. Less overthinking. More trust. More embodiment.
So I’ll ask you too.

Resting is not lazy it is medicine for your nervous system 💧🧠💗

Today I actually stopped 🙋🏼‍♀️ Sat by the water 💦 let my legs feel the sun ☀️ listened to the breeze in the trees 🌳 and I was like ohhh yeah this is what safety feels like. And guess what. I do have time. I was just giving it to everyone else first 🤭✨

Our bodies are not built to run on alert 24.7 🚨 When we slow down the nervous system can reset 🧘🏼‍♀️ Breath deepens 🌬️ Shoulders drop 🫶 Heart softens 💛 Spirit gets louder 🔮 That is where the guidance drops in not when we are racing from school runs to business to dinner to messages 🏃🏼‍♀️📱🍽️

So I am choosing to make time ⏰ Time to rest 😴 Time to move my body 🏊🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️ Time to pray and journal 📖🕯️ Time to just float and remember I am a soul in a body not a robot ticking boxes 💃✨

We do not find time we create it 💥 We do not wait for calm we choose it 🕊️ We do not wait for the perfect moment we make a sacred one right where we are 🌸

This little sacred kingfisher dropped in right after I was talking about stepping back into my light and I was like ok spirit I hear you 💙🕊️

Nature never whispers to me it speaks loud and clear. Today it was screaming girl get back to your practice. Remember who you are. Remember your medicine. Remember you are guided.

Kingfishers are about precision trust and timing. They sit so still. They watch. Then they move with purpose. No second guessing. That is the energy for today. Come back to your centre. Act from there. Not from chaos. Not from people pleasing. From soul.

I felt my guides and the land and the birds all saying the same thing return. Come home. Light your own path. When you do that your gifts flow again. 🌿✨
