From Monday, November 10 to Friday, November 15, join me for a free 5-day, 15-minute walking challenge designed to help you feel good, build confidence, and make walking a habit again.
💪 You can join from anywhere, just 15 minutes a day.
🌤 Or, if you’re local to Lang Lang, come walk with me at the Lang Lang Showgrounds at 9am each morning.
Whether you’re getting back into movement or just want a reason to get outside, this is your friendly push to start.
