Today I’ve stopped into for groceries as I try to do most Mondays, but today I treated myself to a loco love and an organic chai, and sat to savour it outside in a mug ~ bliss 😌

It feels really important right now for us all to lean into the support & loving arms of community. I wanted to share some of the ways I’ve been leaning into this recently, both in accepting support & also seeking it;

• Receiving help from loved ones (family, friends & work colleagues) with Pippin visits while we are working 🐶
• Nurturing hair appointments with 💆‍♀️
• An energy healing massage session with ✨
• Attending virtual group healings with 🧚‍♀️
• Allowing loved ones to hold me in my tears & big emotions ❤️
• Inviting support sisters into my circles to ease the pressure on myself 🌸

For the longest time, I’ve found it so hard to accept help, being so insistent on doing it all myself. These last few months have been a huge lesson in shelving this part of my ego and letting others in more. It’s brought me relief, lessened the weight on my shoulders, and has actually made me feel strong, not weak. I wanted to share, in the hopes it inspires others to lean in, too. Once I finally stopped telling myself these limiting stories that people will only show up “if/when…” etc., I realised that community was already showing me that they were there for me, and I just needed to let them in.

It’s in our nature to help and care for others, as human beings. Reminder; Just as you find it joyful & fulfilling to give, by saying yes to receiving you’re also allowing that same joy to manifest for someone else ❤️

Community Energy Healing sessions are an accessible opportunity for women to gather with a collective intention for rest and healing. Every session will be organically led, with a core focus on gentle healing, regulating the nervous system, grounding into the body and releasing what no longer serves.

Arrive as you would to a yoga class, open your heart to receiving, and allow yourself to release what no longer serves you.

I can’t wait to hold space with you soon sisters!
