Community Energy Healing sessions are an accessible opportunity for women to gather with a collective intention for rest and healing. Every session will be organically led, with a core focus on gentle healing, regulating the nervous system, grounding into the body and releasing what no longer serves.

There isn’t really an expectation ~ just arrive as you would to a yoga class, get cosy in savasana, open your heart to receiving, and have a chance to share at the end if you wish.

It’s been a while since I’ve shared on this!! Here’s me reflecting, just fresh out of a guided Reiki journey with the theme of channeling my soul’s purpose ✨

I honestly don’t know how much of this will resonate, but it’s me, raw and real & I’m trying to share more of myself in my true state. And if it connects with one person, it’s worth the share.

Simply put, some main teachings I’ve received;
✨ I am so grateful for the expansion this course has brought me in my practice and beyond
✨ It’s okay to practice MY way, rather than sticking to the masculine structures of how it’s been done before me
✨ When I tuned into my soul’s purpose in a recent Reiki journey, I just kept hearing ‘raising consciousness’. I often feel misunderstood and a little like the odd one out in many situations. But this gave me reassurance to keep focusing on where I find the light and continuing to share my perspectives in the hopes that this will support others to return back to an innate knowing of how beautiful & awakening this human life can be!

That’s a wrap on 2025 offerings 💖

A few things I’ve learned through facilitating this year;
✨ Women will never cease to amaze me. I continue to be wow’d by vulnerability, authenticity, emotional release, feminine wisdom, and the power of showing up for ourselves with intention
✨ The connection fostered in a circle truly is like witnessing magic unfold before me
✨ I am really good at what I do, and I’m so, so proud that I create safe spaces for women to show up exactly as they are
✨ It’s beautiful to ask for and receive help. Just because I’m a sole trader, I’m not alone ~ I’m surrounded by the most incredibly supportive and uplifting community
✨ Regardless of how much I re-align and adjust, running a business may always feel hard at least in one way or another, and that’s okay. It’s also a testament to how much I care. And it can feel easeful in other ways at the same time
✨ I’m right where I need to be, in this very moment

There are not enough thank you’s that I can share with each of you whom has gathered with me and allowed me the privilege to hold you ~ and also not enough for how wholly you’ve accepted me as I am, too ❤️ So I’ll just keep saying thank you 🙏
