Boxing and strength training isn’t just about punching bags or lifting weights — it’s about feeling strong, confident and capable in everyday life.

🥊 Boxing improves cardio, coordination, focus and stress relief

💪 Strength training builds muscle, supports joints and bones, and boosts metabolism

Together, they help you move better, feel fitter, and build confidence — both in and out of the gym.
What most people don’t expect is how quickly the small wins add up:

• More energy
• Better movement
• Increased confidence
• Training that’s actually enjoyable

And the biggest difference?
You’re not doing it alone.

We’re proud to be a supportive, inclusive gym community where everyone is welcome — beginners through to experienced trainers. You’re met where you’re at, supported by coaches and surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed.

✨ Our 6 Week Challenge is the perfect way to get started ✨

And it doesn’t have to be extreme or all about weight loss.
It can be about:
✔️ Building a routine
✔️ Gaining confidence in a gym space
✔️ Feeling stronger and fitter
✔️ Finding a place where fitness is fun

You’ll burn calories without even realising it, move your body in ways that feel empowering, and enjoy the process.

If you’ve been thinking about doing something for you — this is your sign.

Well it's been a minute since I have been able to do treadmill sprints!!!

I have been injured since HYROX last month and not being able to run has been driving me crazy!

I have slowly worked up to walking, shoot distance slow running and today I tried interval sprints.

I have lost so much cardio fitness and I had to stop and though I was going to spew! But kept going and now I'm so excited to rebuild!

I love a little heart raising sprint session!! I may not be able to long distance run for a bit but this will be enough!
Super excited!!! 🔥💪🏃‍♀️

✨ Last Day of 2025 ✨

Before we rush into the new year… pause.

Reflect on what was.
What you achieved.
What you endured.
What you accepted.
What you learned about yourself along the way.

This year shaped you — even in the moments that felt heavy or uncomfortable.

And now… it’s time to reset.

Reset your goals.
Reset what you want 2026 to look like.
Reset who you want to be.

📝 Take a moment today and write a list: What actually makes you happy? The things that light you up, ground you, and give you energy.

Then make a commitment to add more of that into 2026.

📆 Get your calendar out. Plan the holiday. Lock in the events. Schedule the catch-ups with family and friends. Put the good stuff in first.

Then build your weekly structure around it — so you’re strong, fit and healthy enough to live the life you’re designing.

Because tomorrow… you don’t wish to be that person.
You show up as them.
From day one. With intention. With consistency. With belief.

Anything is possible —

you just have to decide… and make it happen 💥

🔥💪The mental game to get that workout in or do the hard things is real for us all!🫣🥵

This shows how long it procrastinated... until I locked in and got a session in. I started my first workout at 730am this morning..... let's just call it a move my body and stretching instead of my workout... but I could not lock in until 2pm this arvo!

This is with having a goal and HYROX comp day next week! I still find it hard to lock in, show up for myself and do the things! Just like most of you on different days!

Today's self talk was a mind fu%k. Between the positive you know you can do this, to I should chop out and let someone else race for me, why is a 1km sprint so hard, I have run a whole marathon and 1 fu #%ing KM feels like I'm pulling tyres- WTF, get your s**t together, its only 500 more meters, why are you stopping?

Every time I stepped back on the treadmill these thought's were going through my head.  Things are hard. When your pushing and working on them sometimes they feel sooooo unachievable.  BUT.... Race day is coming. Just over 1 week. The outcome  is a result of the effort I have put in. And amongst injury, managing a business, house Reno's and a family and 3 kids..... the result will be the result.  7 Days to pull it together......

You have to keep pushing through- even when its hard, when its hot, when its windy, when you are tired. Get that s**t done! 🥵💪🔥

A little trip down memory lane today…

I’ve been cleaning out my old desk and came across a whole pile of memories — birthday cards, notes from the kids, photos… and then these: little pieces of the old me.
Name badges, business cards, lanyards… reminders of all the roles I had before I became Coach Cass.

It’s surreal looking back on the years of uni, the long hours in corporate, running departments, managing teams, delivering training packages, onboarding new staff and trainees, navigating compliance, customer issues, tradies… all the different chapters that shaped me before this one.

Every decision, every job, every shift in direction was made around the season we were in and the family we were building.

Owning and running UBX — our small family business — still carries all the pressure and responsibility of those previous roles (let’s be honest… probably more 😅).

But the difference is this:
These past few years of swapping lanes into something that truly impacts people in a positive way has been the highlight of my career so far!

I love what I do now. It’s my favourite version of work I’ve ever had.
I’m so grateful that this is who I get to be, what I get to do, and who I get to do it with.

It took a long time to find this lane, and it might not be forever — but today I’m taking a moment to appreciate what we’ve built, the people I get to spend my days with, and the fact that this chapter feels so right.

And I hope my kids see this too:
Your choices aren’t permanent. Every step leads to the next one. As long as you’re healthy and happy, you’re doing just fine. 🫶

💫What you do impacts people💫

The other day while I was away on holidays, I didn’t have a gym, I didn’t have any equipment — but I had sunshine, fresh air, and a reason to move.

So I went for what I call a jiggity jog — nothing serious, just moving the body and soaking it all in.

There were families walking with kids, friends chatting on their morning run, serious athletes, cyclists, and then… one woman caught my attention.

She was on her own, running and stopping. Walking. Then running again.

And she made me smile — because she just kept going. She didn’t give up, didn’t care who was watching. She was out there on her own and she just kept starting again.

As I passed her on the way back, I gave her a thumbs up and said, “Well done hun, you’re doing amazing.”

She paused, then said a quiet but heartfelt, “Thank you.”

And it hit me.

That little moment — that small connection between two strangers — reminded me exactly what I stand for.

This world needs more of that.
More kindness. More encouragement. More people who lift others up just for trying.

Because that’s what being a good human is about.

That’s what I’m about. 💛
