Last Friday we had our clinic Christmas party for 2025. Thank you to the Lara Golf Club for your hospitality and for the delicious pizza.

The night consisted of some team games & challenges as well as staff awards, secret Santa and a chance to catch up.

Thank you to everyone that has supported us this year. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas and happy new year. We look forward to continuing to help you not live with pain in 2026!

Clinic Christmas Hours

The festive season is fast approaching, & our hours will be a little different for the next few weeks.

Please note during this time, some therapist will be taking leave, so we will be operating with reduced appointments. All classes will take a two week break from Dec 21st - Jan 4th.

The diary is now open for all December & January bookings. To book give the clinic a call 5282 3860 or you can book online via our website.

Lara Fun Run 2025 was a blast 💥

We had 6 walkers & 1 runner complete the 5km event, great work to them all.

Our massage crew was very busy all morning with over 50 leg rubs and post races massages completed.

Congratulations to all the competitors, organisers and other local business on another very successful event.

We are looking forward to being back again in 2026.
