I had a fantastic afternoon celebrating Lillian’s 9th birthday!
It was a few weeks late, but that didn’t stop her excitement! She loves cooking, so put Thermi to use and we made cupcakes, iced them and also made mini pizzas! It was all a hit- unfortunately I failed at taking photos 🤣🤣

Reason #2 I love my Thermomix!
My daughter can cook just about anything and it turns out successful!
She made the LCHF chicken Kievs the other night and she ate every bite! She was so proud of herself when I dished it up 🥰

The finished product! Lily wouldn’t let me do any of the decorations 🤣🤣
Normally I go with strawberries and banana as the decoration, but knew she loves marshmallows more!

Reason #3 I love my Thermomix: I can do more in less time!
In 15 minutes before work this morning, I was able to make my own icing sugar, whip up cream and pipe it onto the cheesecake ready for my daughter’s 9th birthday celebration tonight!
